Brenda is passionate about women’s rights and digital and economic empowerment. She has extensive experience in regional management, strategy and partnership development. She believes for an organization to thrive, it needs relevant programs, good branding and visibility and strong partnerships. She values the importance of team development through capacity development, coaching and mentorship.

Bryan brings extensive international executive leadership and strategic management experience to the table. He excels at crafting forward-looking growth strategies and driving organizational development. At YCI, Bryan leverages his expertise in human capital development, innovative financing and strategic partnerships to achieve transformative results. YCI has taught him that innovation is a process, not a destination, where learning never ends.

Eileen is a dynamic leader with a strong track record in designing and managing high-impact, multi-million dollar projects across agriculture, renewable energy, youth engagement and women’s empowerment. Inspired by YCI’s commitment to innovation and gender equality, she is motivated to contribute to meaningful partnerships and youth-led solutions.

Grace has a background in Social Development, Social Entrepreneurship and Human Rights. She promotes a culture of empowerment and an entrepreneurship mindset through program development, business coaching and strategic thinking. Grace is inspired by YCI’s commitment to empowering youth using a holistic approach through innovation, partnership and volunteerism.

Passionate about women’s economic empowerment, Humu uses innovative approaches to address inequalities and empower young people in underserved communities. She brings expertise in livelihoods, capacity building, strategic partnerships and social inclusion. YCI’s youth-focused, impact-driven mission motivates her, aligning with her commitment to fostering meaningful change.

Kristine has collaborated with people and organizations worldwide to design, lead and support transformative programs and experiences for young people. She is passionate about regenerative approaches, experiential education, leadership, creativity and innovation. She believes that entrepreneurship is a potent opportunity to drive positive change.

Mwajabu is dedicated to empowering women to drive social change through entrepreneurship, particularly in communities like Zanzibar, where there is immense potential for growth and innovation. She is passionate about inspiring and equipping youth with the tools they need to lead and innovate. She is inspired by their creativity and resilience, and is devoted to supporting their development.

Nazarene brings extensive experience in cross-sector partnerships, program design, volunteer management and community development. She’s passionate about YCI’s innovative approach to youth engagement and women’s empowerment, believing that collaborative partnerships and entrepreneurial solutions are key to creating sustainable social impact globally.

Plaxeda focuses on empowering young women through social innovation and entrepreneurship.
