We’re bridging the gap between technical AI and the human mindsets and skills needed to use it in support of people, profit and planet.

The Opportunity
Through 10 weeks of virtual workshops, mentorship and in-person Solutions Lab and Pitch Day events, you’ll learn how to solve local challenges by applying new AI, design thinking and leadership skills.
Whether you want to jumpstart your career, meet new people or make a difference in your neighborhood, this program gives you the toolkit to do it all.
In 2026, we are piloting the program in Markham and Vaughan, Ontario. But after that? We want to scale across Canada. Be sure to follow along for future cohorts in new cities!

Eligibility to apply
- Curious and open to learning new AI & human skills
- 18-24 years old
- Live in York Region
- Access to transportation
- Access to computer & internet
- Available during schedule
- Priority for groups experiencing barriers to employment & education
- No previous tech, leadership or other experience required!
