About Youth Challenge International
Youth around the world are in position unlike any other time in history. 73 million of them are unemployed, and when youth don’t have access to meaningful employment, the world faces major challenges.
Youth Challenge International is a on a mission to change that! We believe that when youth and innovation come together, we can drive positive change. For 25 years we’ve designed and implemented solutions that inspire youth to realize meaningful employment and entrepreneurship around the globe. These actions empower them to support themselves, their families and their communities.
In 2015 we launched the groundbreaking EQWIP HUBs with Canada World Youth. This network of 17 youth innovation spaces in 6 countries is powering an innovative approach to sustainable youth livelihoods through urban work skills and entrepreneurship incubators. Coming up in 2016 we will be launching a series of new collaborative solutions that explore maternal health and youth livelihoods in Cambodia, Rwanda, and the Philippines.
