With almost twenty years experience in facilitating volunteer projects with partner organizations overseas, YCI is happy to design customized projects to fit the interest and time availability for groups with a specific goal in mind.
If you represent a high school, college, university or youth group interested in organizing a custom-built project, please contact Rebecca or by phone at 416-504-3370 x313. It is best to submit the application at least nine months before the proposed departure date.
Project Examples:
- A student-led university-affiliated club interested in working on health-related projects in Tanzania.
- A Youth group interested in exploring the Jewish culture in Costa Rica while volunteering on eco-related projects
- A teacher-led student group striving to establish a partnership with a school in Kenya for continued learning about the developing world.
