Our Mission Our Approach Organizational Info Our People - Toronto Office Staff - Field Staff - Our Board - Job Opportunities at YCI   Our BOARD Marion Younan - Chair and President Marion is an HR professional and the Director of Human Resources at Canadian Bearings Limited. Mark Towhey - Vice-Chair Mark is an international consultant specializing in strategic influence and crisis management. He is president of TOWHEY Consulting Group Inc. Gary Lloyd-Rees - Treasurer Gary is a C.A. and is the Vice-President, Sarbanes Oxley Controls Assurance Group at the Royal Bank of Canada. Stephen Brown – Secretary Stephen is a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting, where he specializes in supply chain and logistics strategy for Fortune 500 companies. Steve Gilbert Steve is the VP of International Programs with CARE Canada. Steve was also a participant on the first Costa Rica project in 1990 and worked for many years for YCI prior to joining CARE Canada. Shauna Holton Shauna is a Project Manager for DECODE, a strategic consulting & market research firm with an expertise in youth, young adults and young families. Shauna was also a participant in Costa Rica, Group Leader in Guyana and worked at YCI as the Youth Program Manager. Smeeta Khoosal Smeeta is represents the recently returned youth volunteers on the board. She went with YCI to Grenada in 2006 and is currently studying for a B.Sc. in Microbiology at the University of Western Ontario. Kevin Thomason Kevin is a Vice-President with Quarry Integrated Communications, an international marketing and communication technology company.
